Privacy and your project inquiry
Effective October 31, 2026. This independent countertop planning and inquiry site is operated separately from countertop contractors. Contact the site operator at toddrosenthal7@gmail.com for site or privacy questions.
Information you choose to send
The project inquiry form asks for your name, email, optional phone, city or ZIP, a short project description, contact preference and optional timing. Please do not include exact street addresses, payment details, sensitive documents or information about other people. We do not request photos or file uploads.
Who receives it and why
Submitting sends these fields to Netlify Forms for storage and spam screening, accessible to the site operator for reviewing and replying to your inquiry. Netlify also processes technical request information to operate and protect the site. Its form service uses spam filtering, including Akismet. See Netlify's privacy policy.
The operator uses Gmail for direct correspondence. If form email notifications are enabled, submission information may also be delivered to the operator's Gmail inbox. There is no automatic Google Sheet sync in this release. We do not sell or automatically forward your details to a contractor. If a particular provider may be a match, we will identify that provider and ask your permission before sharing your inquiry.
Your choices
The required permission checkbox authorizes a response to this inquiry. It is not agreement to marketing subscriptions, automated texts, a booked appointment or sharing with an unnamed business. Phone is optional. Choosing to discuss a visit is a request, not a confirmed appointment. You may ask us to stop responding or request access, correction or deletion using the contact email above. Include enough information to locate your inquiry without sending identity documents; we may need to verify that the request is yours.
Retention
Submitted inquiries remain in the operator's private Netlify account, and any related email remains in Gmail, until reviewed and deleted by the operator. This release has no automatic deletion schedule. Requests for deletion cover operator-held inquiry and correspondence copies, subject to any applicable retention obligations; hosting providers may retain operational logs or backups under their own policies. Please contact us if you do not want your inquiry retained.
Local planner, downloads and links
The separate project planner processes entries in page memory and does not transmit or persist them. You decide whether to copy a summary into the inquiry form. Downloads and printing create copies under your control. Source links open separate sites; no planner inputs are added to their URLs.
Hosting and tracking
Netlify hosts this static site and handles form submissions. Hosting may process IP addresses and request logs. We include no advertising, analytics scripts, remote fonts, remote images or marketing cookies. External email and source sites follow their own policies. This notice will be updated before material changes to collection or provider sharing.
